Travel through the historic Speicherstadt (depending on the tide) and along the impressive illuminated container terminals. Hear interesting stories of the harbor's history with live moderation from the captain, while relaxing with a drink. Alternatively, pick one of the special tours that take place only occasionally. Choose the special Queen Mary II cruise to accompany Queen Mary II at the Cruise Terminal and then follow her along the River Elbe. During the boat ride, learn a lot about her from the professional guide. Or, celebrate the Anniversary of Hamburg Harbor onboard a traditional barge. Watch the opening parade to the festival unveil, as the weekend of celebrations will then follow.
Fun and nice way to explore the city by night. Funny jokes and interesting facts about the harbor. Big boat (with toilet) which felt also safe during pandemic times (open roof and good ventilation).

Our private sailing tour with Henry on the Outer Alster was an all-round worthwhile experience! Henry gave us a professional and confident - but above all, a very personable impression at all times. And not only during the journey, but also when booking. He brought us the city even closer with a lot of helpful and extensive information. We were therefore able to absolutely enjoy the fantastic view around the Alster. A direct hit in every respect that we would be happy to recommend. It was fun, thank you very much, Henry!
We did the scavenger hunt in family (children 10 and 13 years). I highly recommend it. You can discover the Speicherstadt at your own pace using exciting and very interesting puzzles. The puzzles are often not easy, but they can be solved.
That was a great scavenger hunt. So much has been learned about Hamburg Hafen City and the Speicherstadt. We have split the tour into 2 days. Again and again, next time we book a tour that takes us through the city.
This was an awesome way to experience a big part of Hamburg culture - being on the water! Our guide was really nice and gave us great information. We really enjoyed our time.
It was a nice way to explore the port of Hamburg with free time management. Only the puzzles we would have liked a little more difficult!
