It was a very nice guide, who had a good loud voice and had many stories to tell about the creation and construction of the Elbphilharmonie. Although our location was next to a stand with a very loud music, the man had a very good voice.it was very exciting and entertaining and was fun.thank you very much

Super venue, fabulous guide, great tour.

Probably the best tour I've ever taken. The guide was great, clear, logical, interesting, with great presentation skills and all the facts and figures without them being overpowering. The venue is dramatic and full of crazy ideas. OK the costs overran a bit, but I think you got value for money in the mid term at least if not in the short term.

Wir hatten eine Führung ohne Besichtigung der Konzertsäle, welche hauptsächlich im Außenbereich um die Elphi stattfand. Unser Guide war sehr gut vorbereitet und hatte sehr viele interessante Informationen zur Geschichte zum Bau und auch zum Aktuellen Geschehen um die Elbphilharmonie. Mit dem dazu gehörigen Ticket konnte man auf die Besucherterrasse gelangen. Die einzige negative Erfahrung - hat aber nichts mit Get your Guide zu tun, sondern betrifft die Elphi selbst - war der Zustand der Besuchertoiletten. Diese sind für die Anzahl der Besucher unzureichend und waren deshalb auch sehr dreckig, Also kein Aushängeschild für einen fast eine Milliarde teuren Prestigebau.
