Overall good experience. Beautiful view of the city from the water . Very interesting for ship/Harbour enthusiasts as there is a lot of information regarding this . Would be good if the cruise was offered in English as well . The guide was fun and made the experience enjoyable for those onboard .

It’s an indoor, fairly warm, small barge; not the big boats shown in the pictures. The office and boat staff did not arrive until fairly near departure time so don’t panic if you don’t see them when you’re early. It should be noted that the whole tour is taken with a knowledgeable guide.. in German. That’s not a criticism, of course - you’re in Germany, after all - but it just meant that we didn’t always know what we were supposed to be looking at or what was being said about it. Some other people on the tour chose to talk all the way through. This became really, really annoying (and disrespectful to the tour guide) but they were not asked to pipe down. Even though it was in German, it was still very disruptive to the tour as a whole and other groups of guests were clearly fed up with the noise as well.

Good value - best available; gave us very good views of warehouse district, Elbphilharmonie, city scape at sunset; also went down river to container port - the ships are even bigger close up. Boat was very crowded, with some people selfishly using 2 seats; I noticed that some people were turned away at departure - maybe they had not prebooked, or you need to turn up early to be sure. Seat quite uncomfortable. Talk in German only (but Googletranslate did it's best for us!)
