Full description

Day 1 After getting picked up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, head to Halong Bay for check-in at noon. Enjoy a welcome drink and onboard lunch before heading to Canh Son Cave where you can admire uniquely shaped limestone formations. Afterward, return to the cruise ship and enjoy some free time to relax or sunbathe. Later, kayak through the picturesque landscapes of Bai Tu Long Bay, followed by a cooking class with the onboard chef. Sit down to a delicious Vietnamese dinner before doing a spot of fishing or grabbing a drink at the bar. Day 2 After breakfast on board, watch the sunrise over the bay before heading to the ancient Vung Vieng floating village. Soak up the village's quiet and peaceful atmosphere and admire the surrounding rocky mountains as you float around on a traditional bamboo boat. When you get back to the boat, have lunch as you pass through Ha Long Bay pier before beginning the journey back to Hanoi and getting dropped off back at your hotel.

I thoroughly enjoyed this trip! Hana, the tour organiser, Nam, our tour guide and the team onboard couldn’t do enough for us. We are vegetarian and they provided so many tasty options at each meal - we were very satisfied with the food options available! The boat was kept clean at all times. The team onboard worked extremely hard to ensure we had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The bedrooms were well equipped with shampoo, shower gel, towels, hairdryer, flip flops and glass water bottles and there was a water tank on board to refill water bottles. This was a fun packed trip which was also very relaxing. We got to get involved with many activities such as kayaking, spending time at nearby beaches, visiting a cave and squid fishing. All in all an amazing stay and would definitely go again!!

Fabulous trip and could not recommend it enough. hosts were great from the connection trip to the actual botr journey for me the canoeing was amazing but also the food. Did think the alcohol on board was a bit expensive (western prices) Rooms were small but beautiful. Book this now!
