Fifi was our guide and she was fabulous! Very friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful, and the driver, Mr Tien, was very nice and an excellent driver with a comfortable and clean car. Trang An was beautiful; unfortunately we went on one of the busiest days of the year, so it was extremely crowded, but Fifi managed to help us get onto one of the last available boats, and gave the boat driver directions to take a less busy route. Well worth seeing! The Bai Dinh Pagoda was also gorgeous, but be prepared for lots of stairs (20 flights according to my pedometer)! Would be very happy to have Fifi as a guide again for another tour!

Had a truly wonderful day out with FiFi and our brilliant driver Mr. Tien. FiFi was lovely, kind and fun, and full of information. We asked her many questions and she taught us so much about history, cultural beliefs and life in Vietnam. She was a fantastic guide! We felt really well looked after, the pagoda visit was a highlight, lunch was delicious and the boat trip was stunning (despite the rain!). We would wholeheartedly recommend this trip!

Amazing experience. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made sure we had a great day. Private car to and from Hanoi was very comfortable, we didn’t queue for anything all day as our tickets were already paid for. Lunch was huge with lots of variety. Highlight was Trang An, a must see when you visit Hanoi!
