Your driver will meet you while holding a sign with your name on it. If your flight is delayed there’s no need to worry as your local driver will be aware of the schedule and wait for you. Note that service is also available directly to Ha Long Bay for travelers who have booked a cruise and wish to travel to Ha Long Bay by private car. The price of sending is cheaper as it does not require a parking fee at the airport. The price of pick-up at the airport is more expensive as the driver has to pay for parking fees and wait for a longer time. In case your flight is delayed it can take a lot of time.

The service was spot on! I read a lot of comments about scam taxi services from first time travelers to Vietnam and I decided to book this. Can’t recommend it enough - our driver was waiting for us at the airport, his car had A/C, it was clean, he helped us with luggage and was a great driver in the jungle that is Hanoi’s traffic! Thanks a million!!

Reliable

Wonderful service! - Our flight was 5 hours late, and still the driver was at the airport exit waiting for us and managed to still give us a smile despite having waited for us for the past 4 hours. Vehicle was clean, safe and spacious (6 of us) - fantastic service. Am very happy I booked this transfer for the family. Will use again.

Would definitely use again!

Instant confirmed after payment, then reconfirmed with an email for double check make us relax after the bookings for hotels, flight.... Transfer was perfect; it took all the hassle out of trying to negotiate my way to my hotel after a 12 hour flight. The driver was waiting in arrivals for me, despite a lengthy hold up to collect my bag, and dropped me straight to the hotel door. Would definitely use again!
