Oahu: Exclusive Private Romantic Flight

2. Oahu: Exclusive Private Romantic Flight

Your private helicopter ride begins over the island’s South Shore for a chance to see the familiar Waikiki skyline and Diamond Head from a bird’s eye view.  Continue on to Hanauma Bay’s beautiful, sheltered waters, and the nearby cliffs and volcanic outcroppings. Rounding Makapu’u Point, follow the Windward Coast and its long stretches of white sand beaches and turquoise waters, leading to the three sharp peaks of Mt. Olomana, characteristic of its English translation, “divided hill.”  Halfway through the flight, you’ll descend gracefully into a stunning valley on the Windward Coast. Your 15-minute stay inside this private and lush oasis includes Wailua chocolates, a champagne toast, leis — all the making of lifelong memories, far away from the crowds at tourist attractions. Gaze across the verdant field, surrounded on all sides by misty mountains, rising towards the blue sky.  Hopping back into the helicopter, explore the forests and emerald cliffs of the awe-inspiring Ka’a’awa Valley, flying in close for a view of Oahu’s highest waterfall, Sacred Falls. The tour ends with a flyover of the Dole Pineapple Plantation and low-altitude views of Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona Memorial. What people are saying about Hawaii Kai

Our tour guide JD was extremely knowledgeable about the history and the beautiful culture of Hawaii. He was very efficient in getting us to all the sites in a timely fashion, avoiding traffic and the other tour buses that descended upon each stop. We had a wonderful authentic shrimp lunch with a vegan noodle option. I only wish we could have seen the Diamond Head Crater surrounding areas even though there was no time to hike it. I also wished we could have stopped by the starting point to the famous Falls. But JD was a phenomenal speaker and showed us various sights not on the program. I wish we could have seen Honolulu Bishop Square and the civic buildings there.

While living here during my tour of duty in the Army, we showed family and friends the same sites numerous times. We were very impressed at the depth of knowledge our driver, Kalae, a native Hawaiian, with an personable wit and humor. We would not hesitate going again on a future visit. We had a very unenjoyable day.

This is a great tour to see the island and get nice treats. There are amazing views along the way. In addition, there are tasty bites: dole ice cream, Fumi’s shrimp, shaved ice, different flavors of mac nuts and coffee.

Considering the weather rain, rain and more rain we had a wonderful day touring the island. Uncle D made it all good, his knowledge about the island and all of the history kept everyone engaged.

Shelly the tour guide was fabulous and Tootie the driver was amazing. They made our day. Fun, informative worth every penny! Loved loved loved
