The tour was very interesting. The guides were very knowledgeable and shared a lot of stories and historical facts. Going on the US Arizona ship was interesting as well. The only negative issue I found was we were not told ahead of time that purses, backpacks, etc. were not allowed to be taken in. Anything in a clear bag was allowed to be taken in. We had to store our personal items in a cubby or leave on the bus. If I would have been told about this, I would have put my items in a clear bag.

It was the best decision to book this tour in advance. First, at the harbor, they accommodate only 150 people per ride. With the advance booking, you don't have to stand in line under the heat, waiting if you can be accommodated. You have a specific time to get on the boat. The experience at the USS Arizona was very solemn but the whole thing takes maybe 10 minutes, tops. The best part of our tour was our driver/host! I couldn't have read in Google the anecdotes and stories he told us during the bus ride. Made the tour worth it!

Visiting Pearl Harbor and the USS Arizona Memorial was a wonderful experience. It was great to have a timed entrance and not to have to hassle with being in the stand by line. The city tour was nice too. The driver was very informative and funny, although I semi-expected to be able to step out and visit Punch Bowl, but it was only a drive-through tour. I would recommend using GetYourGuide for the ease of transportation and arrival with guaranteed entrance to the Memorial.
