The tour guide cousin Elaine was awesome, but we did not get to the Memorial site as it was the wind but also very sad that there was no refund, as we travelled over 12 hours by air and land combined to get there; we are a family of Canadian and US Veterans and were disappointed not even to get at least a coupon for a return date to the memorial site

Our tour guide, Elaine, was very informative and shared with everyone in the tour group many interesting facts about the island, as well as spoke almost constantly to point out sights to everyone. Elaine picked us up at the announced time and location, and greeted each tourist cheerfully. Since we were unable to take the boat out to the Arizona due to choppy water, my family concluded that portion of the tour earlier than other tourists, and Elaine regaled us with many interesting tales of the island, the city and even of her family. She definitely put a personal touch on the tour for us. As we were dropped off at the end of the day, Elaine stepped off the bus to assist any person needing assistance, and left us with a hug. This was a wonderful feeling as we left, a family feeling.

Everything about the tour was amazing , lovely bus driver and very informative . The only thing I wasn’t happy about was that I was suppose to be on a bus with my daughter and her fiancé but I ended up being on another bus , so she did her tour at a different time to me ,but we met up when we got back .
