If you need one reason to book safari helicopters here it is, they are the only company that can land in the middle of the “Grand Canyon” with beautiful views and even a chance to meet one of the largest landowners in Kauai. Other reasons include amazing employees and pilots including Robert and Kate. Wonderful group of people, with vast amounts of knowledge. Super safe, even had a chance to fly near a whale that was breaching. Truly once in a life time experience, highly recommend!

Max was a pleasant pilot. What really made the tour fantastic was the choreographed audio soundtrack in your headsets with music to correspond with the different sites. Max also made turns to allow both sides of the aircraft to get great views of pictures and pointed out a humpback whale adult and child.

An unforgettable way to view the island's beauty up close and personal! Incredible how the helicopter can get into nooks and crannies you would never otherwise see. My best island photos came from this trip. We learned so much from our pilot, Max, quoting facts as we continued to tour the island on foot. A must do!
