I am giving 4 for just the pearl harbour and arizona memorial. City tour was blah and not at all interesting. You will get an email the day before with a link that tells you the exact time of pick up. That is the time you will be picked up and not anyother times mentioned anywhere else.

The tour was great! Loved seeing the history of Pearl Harbor and Honolulu. Pearl Harbor is very strict about being early to your ticketed time slot. We were there exactly at our time slot of 9:15am but they stated that we needed to be early... we had to go back to the back of the standby line and did not get in until 10:45am. Kind of frustrating because our tour bus did not get there until 9:11am and did not mention how strict they were about being early. We also had to quickly pay to put our bags up in the lockers. The tour guide should have told us this beforehand or gotten us there earlier. We still had plenty of time to see it all, but it was frustrating not getting in at our scheduled time.
