Located on the famous North Shore of O’ahu, North Shore Stables is a hidden gem nestled in the quiet, historic countryside of Waialua. Join us on a tour unlike any other, where you can drive your own All Terrain Vehicle (ATV) through active farm lands, onto our signature ATV racetrack, and along a gorgeous coastline with oceanfront views. This is the only tour offered on O’ahu that allows you to drive your own ATV! During your cruise through the farm, you will see acres of banana trees, papaya trees, and other tropical fruit and vegetable plants. You will also see Mount Ka'ala, Oahu's tallest mountain peak! Next, this ATV adventure will take you out to the North Shore Stable's signature race track! The last part of this incredible tour takes you to a point along the shoreline to a private 18-acre peninsula with spectacular North Shore ocean views from both sides of its land mass. At this point, your photo will be taken by a professional photographer, and you will have the opportunity to purchase photos for a discounted rate! During your visit, you will be welcomed by adorable farm animals from our petting zoo (which you can also feed)! This includes free admission to the “Meet the Farm Animals” program, an exciting and fun for kids and adults, allowing them to meet our tame and cute animals up close. Animals include sheep, goats, pigs, turtles, tortoises, chickens, mini-horses, puppies, and ducks. Jump in the driver’s seat in a side-by-side ATV to take to the trails of Coral Crater. A specially-designed technical course awaits you, where expert guides teach you some basic off-road techniques. Once you go over the safety briefing and receive some pointers, you’ll be ready to conquer turns, ascend hills, and take on the berms. Be prepared to get dusty and dirty! If you’re lucky, there will be some muddy puddles to splash through so don’t wear your best outfit! The minimum age to drive an ATV is 18 on this double occupancy adventure. If you’re 6 – 18 and would like to join this adventure, you can ride as a passenger. There is approximately 1 hour of free time at Coral Crater, where you can play Jenga, cornhole, and other games; see the animals, relax with food and drinks, or watch others on the Aerial Challenge Course. Ready for an extreme air and land adventure? Come join us for an exciting package that includes three lines of the zipline course and combines it with an ATV adventure on our technical course. This zipline features a state-of-the-art braking system, which means you don’t need to control your speed or stop yourself. Once you’ve experienced the excitement of flying through the air, come back to land and cruise around on our all-terrain vehicles. We have a technical course coupled with some smoother runs to be enjoyed on our ATVs (Double Occupancy). Learn some basic off-road techniques from our skilled guides and have a blast navigating our technical course.
