First of all we enjoyed our time with Benjamin very much. He is a very good tour guide and it was always so interesting to listen to all the knowledge he had to share. He is such a humorous and pleasant guy. The Garden Route Game Lodge is such an incredible nice place to stay that we were pretty sad to leave it after one night. Definitely recommend to stay longer than one night. The safaris take place on the site of the game lodge. You have to be clear about the fact that that is not the pure wilderness but more like a very very big fenced reserve. But you don‘t feel like you are inside one. The safari was very cool and the rangers are really professional and know the pladdert very well so you are guaranteed to see most of the animals. Also highly recommend. The only negative thing about the tour was that it had a pretty tight schedule. From our opinion the stops at Hermanus and cape alghulas are not necessary due to the lack of time at the places (30-60min) and the lodge.

Very nice, lovely; good passionate and prepared guide; cozy nice cabanas; amazing place; welcome and services very good. Also the drive with some visits has been worth it and the driver/guide has being amazing too; last but not least at the restaurant they had a nice vegan menu (I was very surprised to be able to choose what to eat!! This really doesn’t happen much in Eu!) and the food was very nice too! Thank you to all the crew and the sweetest animals. Don’t expect giraffes there: they need way more trees; don’t expect adventure because it’s a park; but it’s still super amazing and safe and respectful for the animals (as I could see and ask); plus tou can easily see many different animals that u may not see in other safaris (u gotta be lucky!) beacuse, in fact is a park Lastly: start your trip within good energies because the schedule is very tight and kind of early starting I really recommend this trip !

It really was a great trip from the driver who took us to the friendliness of the boat crew , saw a few whales and they’re young which was brilliant . Skipper was great. Hermanus was a great place to stop and whale watch too . Overall a great trip I’d highly recommend

Fantastic experience … absolutely exceeded expectations… not just the safari drive but also the trip and stops there and back … we were with bokbus and saw amazing views and visited Cape Agulus , Hermanus and Betty’s Bay … absolutely fabulous xx

We loved our experience on this tour. Everything was 5 stars.
