The crew on the boat were amazing they were friendly, helpful such lovely customer service. Though I will say it’s disappointing about the lady behind the desk who gave my ticket to me and when I called the days prior to make a enquiry I was met with complete rudeness from the staff member.

We had such a great time with our kids on this cruise. My son and my husband suffer with sea sickness but this cruise was in calmer waters and the kids loved the netting experience. We got to see 3 dolphins, too which was magical! The staff were so friendly and easy going.

This is a great trip it was just unfortunate for us that we went while there was major flooding in the nearby rivers and the bay was very discoloured and full of flood debris, making it impossible to spot the marine life that is usually present. The skipper was very friendly and informative, the staff were also great. The kids on board, and a few of the adults too, loved going in the “bird net” which was dragged along the side of the boat after we were able to find a bit of clear water. I would recommend this trip as a fun way to spend a morning.
