WiFi Router was waiting for us on our arrival at hotel (Pick up point), and were able to leave it at hotel on our departure (delivery point). Prompt and impressive communication from Vision Inc. who arranged this in Tokyo. Such a smooth transaction and the WiFi Router itself a nice size to carry around. It lost signal quite a few times BUT we were most of the time on the underground in Tokyo and it was just for a moment with it re-connecting straight away to the underground directions we were using. We only had a problem in the Asakusa area of Tokyo for some strange reason on both occasions. It was very good on navigating the whole of Tokyo to and including the whole of Kyoto, etc. To sum up: A whole lot better than we imagined it would be - reliable and when charged up easily lasted all day.

Everything was handled perfectly. They clarified our date of arrival to our Shibuya hotel (I was originally off by one day on the date of our arrival). The SIM card was waiting for us at our hotel when we arrived. Highly recommend. The card works in our iPhones.

Pocket router is a great thing! Connected always and everywhere! Sustainable communication even in the subway, I recommend it to everyone! Delivered to the hotel, the guys from the reception from there sent, thank you all!

Definitely worth it and also absolutely necessary because some don't speak English or often look through maps themselves for where and how they're going

Simple set up. Good connectivity. We'll worth getting.
