The experience and the crew were absolutely top notch! You really need a vehicle to get to this remote village, but we were off a cruise ship, so we took a bus, and still had quite a distance to walk to the port. Fortunately, inky, a gentleman who ended up being our tour guide, kindly stopped and offered my husband and another traveler a ride. He also arranged for us to get a ride back with some other passengers that were on the boat. The experience itself was very authentic and a ton of fun. We were fortunate enough to see several whales and had good clear weather, but still managed to get splashed on, so the outer gear provided was absolutely essential. It might be summer, but it is Iceland after all.

Great whale watching trip. We saw a lot of humpback whales and quite close. Great staff, very friendly and nice explanations. We really appreciated the ethical and calm approach to meet the whales. A very concern captain to avoid stress to the whales. I highly recommended. Nice chocolate and pastries at the end ! Thanks for this adventure trip.

We went on a "whale hunt" with the traditional oak boat, as a guide there was a girl who, during the journey, explained well the types of whales that there are in that period, in that sea. The captain as a true sea dog as soon as he sighted a whale went to a point useful for the sighting. We saw two different whales! Beautiful and exciting! really professional crew!! Highly recommended
