The lunch you will enjoy as part of the tour will a bowl of traditional pho (noodle soup), provided at a local restaurant. This mesmerizing half-day Ho Chi Minh City tour gives you a fun and fascinating insight into the history, culture, and daily life of the locals in this busy, buzzing city on a cyclo. We'll start the tour by checking out some of the major Ho Chi Minh sights like the Opera House, the General Post Office (an icon of Saigon), and Notre Dame Cathedral, built by the French during the colonial era. Our HCMC tour then takes us to Reunification Palace, previously referred to as the Presidential Palace, and the site of the official South Vietnamese surrender on April 30th, 1975. We’ll then enjoy a traditional local Vietnamese lunch of Pho, or noodle soup – a must when you’re in Vietnam! Before returning back to your hotel at end of the tour, our local expert guide will provide you with tips and suggestions if you'd like to continue exploring the area.

Good orientation tour

Nice competend Lady Guide named "Nhi". We gor a good orientation to the City. Everything was fine except the market in chinatown. Because of Reunification Day (30th. April) the Binh- Tay Market was closed as nearly all shops around. There was dirt, smell and disgusting rubbish to be seen/ smell! It is every year on the Same date. So why not change the itinery in this point? "Nhi" did a very good job and the tour can be recommended.

A very good introduction to Saigon

After getting over the initial glitch of the local tour booking agency not advising the guide to pick us up, we started the tour about an hour late. This is the only reason the tour did not get a 5 star rating, as our guide was excellent and the itinerary very good - the right amount of time in each place and a lovely lunch thrown in.
