Full description

Depart Ho Chi Minh City in the morning at 08:00 for the 60-km drive to the Cu Chi Tunnels. You’ll travel in luxury and comfort in a Ford Transit limousine that has a capacity of 7 passengers. Cu Chi district is considered a heroic site for the role it played in the American War. It is legendary for the tunnels system that stretches for over 220 km and is a popular attraction with both Vietnamese and foreigner visitors. On this full-day trip the drive will take you past rural rice paddy landscapes, where ducks and water buffalo swim in the waters at the edge of the road. With this scenery in view, it’s hard to imagine the destruction and deforestation of the area caused by bombs and mines when Cu Chi was labeled a free target zone. You’ll see evidence showing that the district was once a battleground. If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to fire an AK-47 you can find out at the Cu Chi Tunnels! Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Afterwards, you can either visit the War Remnants Museum or the Bitexco Tower, depending on the option booked.

Fantastic tour that provided a lot of information throughout the whole tour. The guide Jackie is highly recommended. He went above and beyond to help us understand the rich history from different perspectives and also made us feel super comfortable the whole tour. The mini bus was super comfortable, and the small group was intimate and ensured we had the best experience possible.

Pick up on time Lovely mini bus, offered water fruit and crackers 6 adults and a child ( :( ) Knowledgeable guide. Lovely food. A little but rushed especially at the end ( the tunnel) BUT we had a dreaming child of 1 year old who screamed for 3/4 of an hour going and the same coming back , please tell people that it is not an appropriate tour for children of that age, it really spoilt the whole trip for us

Awesome experience, driven in luxury with a fantastic guide

Our guide's name was Law (but he joked about being called Low since he was short). He had a great sense of humour and self distance, full of great information and generally made our entire experience memorable. We had a fantastic time, and really are extremely happy that we booked this trip and even happier with which guide we received.
