Booked online and sent e-ticket, so great we thought, but was refused entry, and told to take our E-TICKET to booking office and collect ticket, so but somebody stopped me looked at my e-ticket and handed be a ticket VERY CONFUSING. The show is well worth the money.....

It was very easy to book the tickets. I received an email with the confirmation booking, showed this to the ticket office at the event, exactly as the email said. Within seconds I had my entry ticket. The show was very cultural, funny and exciting. Would highly recommend when you are in Saigon.

The ticket could only be collected 15mins before show started. I would suggest that ticket should be able to be collected at any time provided the counter is open. The show was entertaining and creative. I thanks all the entertainers esp to those playing the puppets as they need to be in the water for an hour. I guess the show will be informative if I could understand the language. If they would like the foreigners to understand the dialog and at the same time they want to retain the originality of the show, perhaps they should consider adding a screen on top or below the stage to display the subtitle. Please come early or atleast on time so that you wont be disrupting other audiences
