The trip over was fun (read: choppy seas, if that’s your idea of fun), and the first snorkling location was great. Visibility was probably only about 4 metres, but enough to sea interesting coral, fish, etc. If you’re an experienced snorkler, you’ll want to dive down for closer looks, though “officially” we weren’t allowed to take off our ‘boyancy devices’, making this principally impossible. We were taken by speedboat to a gorgeous beach for lunch. (The lunch was quite good, though not to everyone’s tastes.). Unfortunately, we didn’t realise that this was also the second snorkling location, and had left all our equipment on the big boat, so we didn’t get a second opportunity, which was a shame. The guide (Jim) was very friendly, with impeccable English.

We went with an open mind. We enjoyed the old boat ride over which was nice and relaxing. We went up top. The water was a little murky but once the sun can out it was beautiful to swim in the ocean. We only did the snorkeling as a family of 4. (10yr, 12yr) After an hour and half of snorkelling we jet boated to another part of the island. It was beautiful. The lunch was very average but again we didn’t mind and I took snacks for the kids so we weren’t too fussed. The speed boat ride back was fast and furious. We made it back fine and it was a very enjoyable day all round. Thanks.

De dag was goed verzorgd. Gids Jim sprak perfect Engels. Eiland is prachtig. Echt de moeite waard. Snorkelen was mooi. Vele koraal gezien. Minder vissen. Maar met een stukje brood om ze te lokken lukte dit wel. Geweldige lekkere en uitgebreide maaltijd.
