Lerato was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He gave me a real insight to the history of Soweto as well as the current life. The ride itself was not as gruesome as I feared. There were a few hills but for the most part, it was a great way to see the area.

An ideal family experience to discover Soweto, its culture, its inhabitants, in complete safety. Our guide Oliver, who calls himself "the king", did everything to make everything go well. Including finding a tandem because one of our children was sick and this allowed him to participate more comfortably in the adventure. Oliver's assistant (Tumi) watched over our safety on the road. Small flat: the brakes of the bikes are really to review ;-)

For a real image of Soweto this is highly recommended. Keep in mind that you cycle on older bikes. In terms of price-quality ratio, it is a bit out of step. Be aware that this is an important source of income for the residents of Soweto.
