What people are saying about Jungfraujoch Ice Palace

Overall tour was good some stops needed more than 5 minutes to let us take photos! Don’t know why everything was being rushed when we had plenty of time (I think it’s a 12 hour trip and we had time). The guides were ok. The English guide didn’t talk much or if he did; it was not loud enough but there was only 18 of us. We also had a Chinese speaking guide and she kept on confusing our group of 5 as Chinese and kept talking to us in Chinese when we didn’t even know what she was saying. She only had 2 Chinese ladies who were on the actual tour.

Patrick and Shaolu were our guides for the trip and we are so happy to book this! It was very organized and on time and it went by so fast we wished the day were longer! Patrick was very knowledgeable and gave us rich history and information about the area we stopped at. Visiting from California, we wouldn’t have known how to navigate the different transportation needed to get up to Jungfraujoch and as well as see other breathtaking parts of the area. Worth every dollar!

Great value it would cost you nearly as much to do it yourself and you get a good guide etc too. Definitely do this tour

One of the best experiences I have ever had. I just couldn't see the Glacier. Our guide Annete was very friendly.

it was good fun. our guide explained everything so nicely. overall great fun
