You’ll be picked up at your Cape Town accommodation in the morning by a qualified tour guide/driver in a luxury minibus, and taken on an all-inclusive, full-day Cape Peninsula tour. Drive along the scenic coastal route with the mountains on one side and the ocean on the other, and see what makes this coastline so special. Pass through Bantry Bay, Clifton, Camps Bay, and Llandudno beaches along Chapman's Peak drive and enjoy a photo stop at Maiden's Cove. In Hout Bay, you’ll have the option of taking a boat to Seal Island to get a closer look at the seal population (not included in the tour price). After exploring the harbor in Hout Bay, your tour continues on to Noordhoek village for an optional stop to try the best coffee roasted this side of the Cape (cost not included). The next stop is at the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Cape Point, where you'll explore the reserve, see the Dias Beacon, and also where the two currents meet. You can hike up to the top to see the Cape Point Lighthouse or take the Funicular (cost not included). From Cape Point, you’ll continue on toward Boulders Beach and stop to see the penguin colony. Enjoy the scenic Boyes Drive and see Kalk Bay and Muizenburg. The return route to Cape Town will be via the Old Cape Road, ending the day with a drop-off at your accommodation.

First, make a quick stop in the heart of Cape Town city center to discover the colorful community known as Bo-kaap. Then, head straight for the coastline. Pass by affluent suburbs with some of the best beaches near the city, stopping for photos at Camps Bay. Proceed on towards Hout Bay seated in between gigantic mountains and the Atlantic.  Enjoy an optional scenic 40-minute round-trip boat ride to Seal Island. Resume your tour via the world-famous Chapman's Peak Drive. Marvel at this road engineering feat as you wind over the edge of the mountains; this scenic drive is not for the faint-hearted. Next, arrive at the Cape of Goodhope Nature Reserve just after midday. Discover the rich plant life of the Cape, early human history, maritime history and if you are lucky you might be able to have a mini safari.  Reach the southwesternmost point of the continent - the Cape of Good Hope - and take a photo with the sign. Hiking is recommended but no swimming because of sheer riptides. Carry on to Cape Point and walk for 20 minutes one way up to a historic lighthouse. You could also take a funicular at your own account if you are not in the mood for walking. Feel free to stop for lunch at the world-class seafood restaurant with a sea view or grab a quick bite in the food shop next door. Next, embark on a journey to Simon's Town for a special date with the endangered African penguins at Boulders Beach. Spend about 45 minutes at the penguin colony before you head back to Cape Town along the coastline. Pass through the quaint towns on this historically known Millionaire's Mile. Hear fun facts about the navy and Just Nuisance - the only dog in the world to have been an able seaman. Finally, discover Kalk Bay and Muizenberg Beach, the surfer's corner before returning to the starting point.

Meet your local guide at a local coffee spot to begin your adventure. After meeting your group, head to the East side of the Cape Peninsula. Spend your day exploring quaint villages and pristine beaches, and discovering local secrets.  Your first stop is the beautiful St. James Beach which is famous for its funky, colorful houses. Get picked up at 8:00 AM from your centrally located Cape Town city hotel or lodging in order to start the Cape Peninsula Tour. Travel around the beautiful Atlantic coastline, past the world-famous Clifton and Camps Bay Beaches, Bakoven, Llandudno and through Hout Bay.  Continue along the world-renowned magnificent Chapman’s Peak Drive towards Kommetjie, a great surf spot, the Slangkop Lighthouse, past Misty Cliffs and continuing through the quaint seaside village of Scarborough until heading to Cape of Good Hope in the Table Mountain National Park. Be served complimentary tea/ coffee and biscuits at the much photographed Cape of Good Hope sign-board before driving further to eventually hop onto the Flying Dutchman Funicular (cost included) to go up to the incredibly beautiful viewing point around the base of the old Cape Point lighthouse. Your next exciting stop will be Boulders Beach, a popular tourist destination, to view a colony of African penguins that settled there in 1982. Boulders Beach is one of the few sites where the penguins can be observed at close range, wandering freely in a protected natural environment. Boardwalks will take you to within a few yards of the birds.  Lunch will normally be at Seaforth near Boulders. Their fish and chips is always a winner, but so is the rest of the menu. Then it's through Glen Cairn, Fish Hoek, Kalk Bay and over Boyes Drive for a panoramic view of False Bay, where you may be lucky enough to spot sharks or whales on a quick stop to the Shark Spotters lookout. Not far from here you reach the Constantia Valley Wine Route, one of 9 routes in South Africa. You will be treated to a tasting of 5 fine wines at one of the finely selected estates on route. Then for a scenic drive back to your hotel past Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens which you can visit at your own leisure by taking the city sightseeing hop-on hop-off bus or an Uber from the city. This is a full day tour and you won't get back to your hotel until around 5:00 PM but it will be the most memorable day of your visit to Cape Town.

It is recommended you start at 8:00 AM, as you will want to get the most out of your day. The guided tour begins with a stop to Maidens Cove. With views of the notorious Twelve Apostles Mountain range and pristine Camps Bay penthouses, you might be tempted to relocate to Cape Town. If that isn’t enough to enthrall you, wait until you see Chapmans Peak Drive, this has to be one of the best, if not, the best mountain drive in the world. From the lookouts, you’ll be able to view the unspoiled beach of Noordhoek, the Hout Bay Harbor, and the Seal colony. The scenic drive leads you to Constantia Wine Estate and Constantia Glen Wine Farm. Groot Constantia ( Oldest wine farm in South Africa), in Constantia wine valley, just outside the city of Cape Town, dates back to 1685. This is a perfect place for some wine tasting. The wine estate is known for its beautiful avenue of stone pines, and the beautiful surrounding mountain range. Constantia Glen Wine Farm also advises you on which wines are appropriate with food pairing. The estate offers decadent wine and cheese plater and cold meat pairing which is different from the usual wine and cheese combinations. If you consider yourself as a wine connoisseur, visiting these wine farms can be educational, indeed. Once your visit to these wine farms are finished, you will return back to your pick-up location. The tour concludes at around 6:00 PM.
