Imran was an amazing guide! He made sure from the time we were picked up to the time we were dropped, it was all about what we wanted to do. This is what you pay for and expect a VIP exclusive service. He knew his way around the town and ensured we stay on time to be able to achieve everything what the tour had to offer. I highly highly recommend Imran and his team. Private air conditioned van was a big plus for us especially with our little baby with us. Don't compares the price you pay vs. other. In short, you get what you pay for and in this case, you get a VIP top notch service. totally 5 star deserving.

My guide Mike met me in the hotel lobby and explained the schedule for the day's tour. We then went to Yokohama Station to take the metro to the starting point of the tour. We explored the bay area, the red brick warehouse and continued along the bay to the next station(s). In total, we covered around 10 km on foot. There were one or two transfers by public transport in between. Mike was very knowledgeable and explained the history, historical events and modern developments. It was an entertaining and varied tour with lunch in Chinatown and a visit to the car showroom at Nissan headquarters at the end.

ASIF was a very nice, punctual and accommodating driver. He was able to take us to all our requested stops. The car was very comfortable and clean. Overall we had a great day and highly recommend this experience for Mt. Fuji. The only suggestion for improvement is that this experience was advertised as having an English speaking driver. This was not entirely accurate. Our experience would have been even better if the guide was able to speak basic conversational English to answer some of our questions.

Absolutely amazing, Naserrji or Ryu was exceptional, full of knowledge of best sites to go , best food to eat and the best at to enjoy our full trip. His option were too good and the boat ride from where we watched the most beautiful site of Mt Fuji was mesmerising. Overall a great trip . All thanks to Japan Explorer and Mr Naseer in particular.

This was a great expierience whit our guide, who made it even better than we could imagine. We had a theme stops to not only Daikoku but also a lot of fun on APit stop, where the cars are beeing repaired. What a fun! The Van of our guide was very comfortable and luxurious. The night view of Tokio was impressive.
