Vienna: Concert of Mozart's Requiem in Karlskirche

3. Vienna: Concert of Mozart's Requiem in Karlskirche

Experience the authentic, impressive, and "real" side to Mozart's Vienna. Enjoy a top-class evening concert at Karlskirche, one of the most beautiful and interesting Baroque churches located north of the Alps. The Requiem Mass in D minor (K. 626) by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, which was completed by F. X. Süssmayr, will be performed in the church. The special thing about the performance is that the 40 musicians of the orchestra are based on the size of the world premiere in 1756. We enjoyed roaming around the city and learned so much about the history of Vienna. Our tour guide Horst is really friendly and gave a lot of recommendations about food to try and places to visit.

Very easy to book in advance and cancellation is possible one day in advance. Concert booking was an embarrassment, I had standing places which is not mentioned anywhere at the time of booking

Brilliant tour of the main sights of the city with our fabulous guide Horst who was informative and entertaining!
