Experience Vivaldi’s Four Seasons, a masterpiece of classical music. Visit Vienna’s Karlskirche and listen to the concertos of a string quartet and basso continuo. The performance by Orchestra 1756, a classical period instrument ensemble, makes this concert extraordinary. Enjoy a journey through time with this evening concert and experience unforgettable moments with historical sounds. The Four Seasons includes four of twelve revolutionary violin concertos that interpret each seasons of the year. Four sonnets are the inspiration of this masterpiece that takes you into a world of sound, with thunder and lightning, cracking ice and birdsong, a sleeping shepherd boy, hunting parties, and many other places. Program: Le quattro stagioni – The Four Seasons Spring, Op. 8 Nr. 1 Summer, Op. 8 Nr. 2 Autumn, Op. 8 Nr. 3 Winter, Op. 8 Nr. 4 Works by W. A. Mozart, J. S....

I really enjoyed it! I am a fan of classical music and Vivaldi, but I've never been to a concert of this sort, so I'm no expert in the subject. I only know the compositions. The band performed beautifully and the company staff were superb. I advise you to come as early as possible because there are very few seats with a decent view to the stage (this is valid for catg. III and II) and try to go to the bathroom before the concert since there isn't one in the church.

This results in the ensemble's special, historical, and classic sound. The Requiem was Mozart's final composition in 1791 and was one of his impressive works of art. A variety of legends revolve around the requiem mass – for example, it is said that Mozart sang the moving "Lacrimosa" with his friends on his deathbed. Great experience quite different from regular sightseeing. This was our second tour of the day so we did it using rental electric scooters, which was a very good idea. Places are fairly close to each other but if you’re doing it during summery hot day, renting scooter is a good idea. I will definitely do similar activity in the future in some other city.

We attended a wonderful concert in the breathtaking Karlskirche. Very enthusiastic string orchestra. It lasted long enough, because the wooden pews do hurt in the long run. We were in the second rank below and had good sight and sound.

The card is the only sensible solution for brilliantly planned communication .. you can see that someone here had everything well thought out .. great connections .. clarity and clarity, various options for travel ..

Worth. For the beauty of the Church and the good acoustics. It gets a bit long due to the inconvenience of the banks.

A special concert in a beautiful church. Only, the pews of this church are not great. Little seating pleasure.

Unfortunately not available for a week. Very handy for public transport and discount museums.
