Day 1
Upon arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, get picked up by your friendly driver and transferred to your 3* hotel in the city center. Enjoy some free time for sightseeing then destress with a 1-hour sleep meditation before bed.
Day 2
Start the day with a 1-hour yoga session followed by breakfast. After breakfast, travel to Pokhara and admire green hills, beautiful valleys and rolling mountains along the way. End the day with another sleep meditation session before bed.
Day 3
Enjoy another yoga session before breakfast then make your way to Nayapul, where your trek begins. Trek from Nayapul to Tikhedhunga on a 4.5-hour trek before spending the night at a traditional tea lodge, where you will once again be treated to a sleep meditation before bed.
Day 4
After your morning yoga session and breakfast, begin the trek from Tirkhedhunga to Ghorepani. You will be spending the night at another tea lodge.
Day 5
Today, experience the breathtaking beauty of the sunrise over Poon Hill during your trek from Ghorepani to Tadapani. Tonight's accommodation is at another tea lodge and you will enjoy another sleep meditation before bed.
Day 6
Relax today with a relatively easy trek from Tadapani to Ghandruk before spending the night at a tea lodge.
Day 7
Begin your descent after breakfast as you travel through Nayapul and Pokhara to reach the village of Pothana. Spend the night at a 3* hotel in Pokhara.
Day 8
After your morning yoga session, spend the rest of the day exploring Pokhara at your own pace. See sights such as Davis Falls and the World Peace Pagoda or alternatively spend the day relaxing at your hotel.
Day 9
Begin the journey back to Kathmandu then destress after your 7-hour drive with a 1-hour sleep meditation before spending the night at a 3* hotel.
Day 10
After your final morning yoga session, spend the rest of the day relaxing or doing a last-minute spot of souvenir shopping before getting dropped off at the airport in time for your flight.
