Abolute lovely days

Already 5 Minutes after booking and the official booking confirmation I received another email from Janis (the tour guide) directly Asking me, where it should be best to meet, or to pick me wherever I am. As it is still pre-season I was lucky to be the only guest, having just a completely private tour. Janis picked me up exactly on time in the morning. We have been out on the lake until afternoon. It was sich a great day, that I can hardly put it into word. Janis and I shared one canoe. A beautiful one, which he builds himself during winter times. In summer he offers tours with it. We had a lot of chatting during the paddling. Janis speaks absolute fluently English. But we also shared quiet moments, simply enjoying the beautiful nature around us. After a great picknick for lunch on one of the small islands in the lake we kept on paddling. Janis then let a drone fly above us and taking great pictures from above. What an amazing experience this was! We were in Klaipeda for one day and opted for the morning canoe ride so we’d have time to venture around too. Janis went above and beyond to ensure we were prepared and also taught us some history about this beautiful city along the way. It was the perfect amount of time and his instruction was excellent all throughout. He picked us up right at the cruise port and we walked back from Old Town when the excursion was over. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an activity to see the natural beauty while getting some exercise. Janis handcrafts his own canoes which made this truly memorable, don’t hesitate to book this.

Excellent ! Janis is very kind and the tour was amazing. What a beautiful day ! Peaceful area, enough time to enjoy the national park and the coffee break in front of this incredible view deserve 5/5 stars ! Don’t hesitate & book your tour right now ;) Excellent !

Eight of us ranging in age from 18-70 spent 15 days in the Baltic and this was our absolute top experience. We loved the guide, the canoes and the experience overall. We had a variety of skill levels and our guide (who is also the canoe craftsman) made the trip so much fun and truly very easy. This is a must do experience. Thank you so very much! The canoes are a work of art.

Nice quiet tour in nature with information about the city.

Janis was very friendly. Explained everything exactly about the canoe trip. Gave information about the city and area. Took photos during the tour and made them available. Gladly again. Thank you Janis.
