This trip is designed to give you all the freedom you wish to discover Zia on your own terms. Your bus will pick you up from your hotel and after a short scenic drive, will transport you to the city centre of Zia. Enjoy discovering the village by yourself, at your own pace, and without a guide. Zia is an enchanting little village that lies at the base of Mount Dikeos, the highest mountain of Kos island, that culminates at 846m above sea level. You will have approximately 2.5 hours of free time. At the prearranged meeting time, the bus will pick you up from the same place it dropped you off to take you back to your hotel.

We will meet in Kos Port and then climb aboard a traditional wooden fishing boat to set sail with captain George. Learn different traditional Greek fishing techniques from the crew as they try to catch some fish. Get the chance to help, or simply watch in awe. You will visit the best fishing areas on the island. Receive your fishing rods, hooks, lures and fresh bait from the crew and watch a demonstration on how to catch a fish for yourself. Enjoy a the lunch served by the crew and a refreshment. Sail back to harbor and get amazing views of the southern coastline of Kos, not visible from the land.
