The transport was clean, comfortable and on time. The guide we had was amazing and she was very informative and really told the story well. Such a heart braking place but a must see for every future generation. We will be back when our son is older to understand what happened there!

Due to a misunderstanding we got on the wrong bus in the morning. The tour company immediately contacted us to ask if we might be late. When it turned out that there had been a misunderstanding, they indicated that they were waiting for us. Then we could start our trip. When we arrived at Auschwitz, a Polish guide was waiting for us. She told everything very calmly and with due respect. She gave us time to look around everywhere and it didn't feel rushed at all. She also waited for everyone in Birkenau before starting her story. All in all a top organization, I can definitely recommend this trip!
