Overall the trip was very interesting and good.There were a couple of disappointing moments.When we arrived to our pick up point the man didn’t speak to us give us any information about the journey and what would be expected when we arrived.Another chap guided us from the bus and gave little information,it was pouring rain and we had to wait for the man to return,and was 20 minutes later than was the meeting time..Once inside the lady that took us around the mine was very good and waited until everyone was nearby until she told us the information regarding the mineShe allowed time for photos.It was definitely worth the visit and good value for money.

Excellent guide in mine but didnt have time to explore round area or extend trip in mine as driver had to get back . So had to get taxi back to Krakow as explored town and had something to eat in restuarant opp mine this was excellent food and service

I would not recommend using Get Your Guide or Krakow Tours!!! The tour was nice, but Krakow Tours is very unprofessional. They changed the start time the night before and they arrived 6 minutes late to the meeting location. We booked a tour the day before to Auschwitz with Get Your Guide indicating a 3 pm start time and suggested that we be at the meeting place 15 minutes before. Krakow Tours left the meeting location at 2:45 and we missed our tour because we arrived @ 2:50. In my opinion Get Your Guide and Krakow Tours are not on the same page and provide contradicting instructions and have double standards. Avoid the headaches and book directly at Auschwitz because they are the ones that ultimately conduct the tour.
