Very pleased! After we purchased the tickets in advance, we had awful delays in our flights and we lost the chance to access the KL Towers that day. We talk to Guet your ticket about and they were amazing changing our tickets yo the next day. We did not miss it! Thank you very much!

Firstly, let me get logistics to the place off my chest. If you're reaching there by car, good for you. By walk, it's a good 20-30 min from the nearest Metro station (15 min to reach the entrance, and 15 min to go up the hill, be on the lookout for stairs sign to reduce your walking time). Now, coming to the Observation Deck, it's pretty standard. You can plenty of good views of the different skyscrapers from the deck. And you can see the comparison of the different towers in KUL. Beware to get vlogged in ton of other people's experiences. :)

The experience was hassle-free. The view from the top was amazing, but make sure you don’t go during the rains as they close the sky box. Although, the folks at the ticket counter are nice enough to let you come back the next day in case you already bought the ticket for sky deck.
