That was a great full day of fun!
Taibi was great. My son didn’t make it because he had to do some homework and he missed out. Taibi was helpful and was informative. He took a lot of photographs of me in many settings which was perfect for future memories. We started out at the Monkey park and then to the Bamboo grove and he had me taste many new things on the way. At lunch we went to a small restaurant Ton Ton and had a fabulous meal. Then we walked around Nishi market and Gion and then he set me up with a bus at the end of the day that dropped me off 250 feet from my Hotel. I had a fabulous full day of exploring Kyoto! Taibi did a wonderful job helping me understand and experience Kyoto. Thank you!!!!
The bamboo grove was spectacular. Pictures were amazing but seeing it person is sooo much ch better. The mountain climb to the tea garden and beyond was an unexpected lovely surprise. The views are breathtaking. The temples and shrines are a thing of beauty as well. Monkey park was thoroughly enjoyable. From the beautiful hike to reaching the top and enjoying the monkeys. Marvelous!!
Amazing time with Eric! He was very knowledgeable and a great guy to spend the day with. We would do this trip again in a heartbeat! Beautiful scenery and wonderful area of Kyoto!
Great tour
Wonderful tour off the beaten track. For us the best thing about it, the tour was also available in German. Our guide Ralf was great. The tours with him were the best in Kyoto.
Great guide with good conversation and information about the region. Lovely hike and first experience at Japanese Onsen was enjoyable!
