The kayak activity to the Medes Islands is spectacular. Keep in mind that they are just over 2 hours non-stop paddling in the open sea, so it is a tiring activity. I recommend wearing goggles or a diving mask to be able to observe the seabed on the islands, it is spectacular. The very nice and funny guide. A 10 in attention from workers.

It is a very cool activity in a beautiful environment, I can only put as "but" that there was a considerable delay and this meant that we had to go full rowing, that if you have experience and you are fit then fine but if you go with children and it is your first time... you end up knackered

It has been a very fun experience. The islands and the environment are very beautiful. It is worth doing it, yes, taking snorkel goggles to dive at the stops and see the bottoms.

We had a good morning, our guide Joel very nice and attentive to everyone at all times

Very fun and refreshing, beware that the water is freezing!
