The tour begins with a pick-up from your Hotel in La Paz. Der Guide Juan hat sehr kompetent die kulturellen und sozialen Hintergründe zur damaligen Zeit, als diese Bauten errichtet wurden, erklärt. Sein Englisch war sehr gut. Der Lunch war spitze. Das Lamafleisch schmeckt etwa wie Kalbfleisch. Wir konnten auch den gerade nur jährlich stattfindenden Markt der Einheimischen anschauen. Die handwerklichen Fähigkeiten der Erbauer der Anlagen sind bis heute rätselhaft. Für an diesen Dingen Interessierte empfehlenswert.
