Excellent tour, Andrea our tour guide was amazing, she was really helpful and full of knowledge about Ghent and Bruges. The tour was great and really worth. The only issue was we got the information from GYG saying the tour was 8:30, where actually it was 9am. The other important information that could be provided ahead was the boat tour needs to be paid in cash. But even thought I give 5 stars for the tour guide!

Great tour for just two of us. Could ask lots of questions & got a real history tour & understanding of Bruges away from the usual tourist spots. We like to walk, so this was perfect for us.

Great! though it was a very limited tour for 2 cities but at least we've almost covered everything. Our tour guide Josephine was very kind, helpful and friendly...

It was a great experience. Our guide was very good.He told us many information about the cities and everything else we need

GetYourGuide and the actual company had different time of meeting (08:10 vs 08:50), which was annoying
