Our tour was so educational. The guide was so laid back and you could tell he enjoyed his job. Sara and her children, our Amish Host Family, were incredibly kind. Her food was delicious. She even gave me her chicken recipe when we left. I’m so pleased that we decided to go. It was a special experience that everyone should experience.

I am so glad we booked this tour. What a wonderful experience to visit an Amish family and learn about their life and have lunch in their home. From start to finish it was great. Our driver/guide, Dale, was incredibly knowledgeable about the Amish culture, having lived in the Lancaster area is entire life. The family who welcomed us for lunch were great. The wife prepared a delicious meal and we talked with her over lunch. We met some of their children and after lunch we walked their property to see their animals.
