Las Vegas: Grand Canyon, Emerald Cave Kayak & Lake Mead Tour

3. Las Vegas: Grand Canyon, Emerald Cave Kayak & Lake Mead Tour

In the morning, we can choose to go to Emerald Cove, a magnificent natural landscape located in Colorado and on the border. It is a paradise for kayaking enthusiasts, where you can admire the crystal-clear lake that resembles green jelly and experience the thrill of kayaking in the canyon, enjoying the mountain and water scenery, and endless green water grass. After visiting Emerald Cove, we will head to the Grand Canyon West Rim, where the most famous attraction is the Grand Canyon Skywalk, a glass bridge that hangs 4,000 feet (1230 meters) above the Colorado River. Standing on it feels like walking in the air, but it is a view only for the brave. If you dream of reaching the bottom of the Grand Canyon, you can take a helicopter ride at the West Rim. This activity is only available in the West Rim and offers the opportunity to see the changes in rock formations and billions of years of history from top to bottom, as well as hiking and a short river rafting trip on the Colorado River. At Emerald Cove, you can experience a customized professional kayaking tour. Our service team will provide you with a quick introduction to kayaking and safety training to ensure a worry-free journey. During the kayaking journey to the Emerald Cave, we will explore the magnificent scenery of the entire canyon, including occasional sightings of desert bighorn sheep, blue herons, and bald eagles. If the water temperature is suitable and safe, you will have the opportunity to swim and play in the emerald green Colorado River and trace the historical traces of the hard work of the predecessors who built Lake Mead and the Hoover Dam. The West Rim is the western end of the lengthy Colorado Canyon and is also known as the West Edge of the Grand Canyon. It belongs to the protected area of the Hualapai tribe of Native Americans and was developed by investors and not managed by the Grand Canyon National Park. The West Rim is only a three-hour drive from Las Vegas, and a U-shaped glass walkway has been built here for everyone to experience the height and excitement of the canyon. The West Rim Skywalk is the "Bridge of Heaven" designed by the Chinese and planned for ten years, and is hailed as the eighth wonder of the world. The structure can withstand strong winds, earthquakes up to level 8, and can hold the weight of 20,000 people. The glass bridge is horseshoe-shaped and is over 1,000 meters high above the ground, with the entire bottom made of glass, which is enough to test the courage of visitors. Standing on the bridge, you can overlook the Grand Canyon and the Colorado River over 1,000 meters below.

What people are saying about Las Vegas

3 day Grand Canyon Tour was fantastic! We went on a full size clean modern bus. Driver Stanley, was a safe good driver. Tour guide, Eduardo, was amazing giving us quite an education of history and facts. We had people on our bus from India, Italy, Australia, and China. Group from Italy needed help with English, so Eduardo spoke in both languages. We visited Grand Canyon South Rim, Low Antelope Canyon (a special tour), Glen Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Park. We stayed in two different hotels; Clarion of Page, AZ and a Quality Inn in Kanab, UZ. They both were comfortable, clean, and included a breakfast...don't expect fancy. It was fun to stop at Route 66 town, old west. When stopping for a meal we had choices to meet different budgets. We learned a lot and saw the most amazing sites! Eduardo made this trip extra special...even as we enter back to Las Vegas he blasted a country song about the city...he captured every possible detail to ensure that everyone had a great time.

The wax figures of Madame Tussauds are truly remarkable. Yes..some are creepy and a few are way off but majority of the figures are spot on. The gondola ride is EVERYTHING!! The Gondoliers are professional and/or trained singers with phenomenal personalities

They have a lot of famous wax sculptures and it's well decorated. Really cool place to visit.

The wax museum was great and the boat ride was icing on the cake. Had a great time.

very good and cute. the only complaint is the time.it is too short ride.
