Hey' getyourguide manager freddy is our guy. Freddy was knowledgeable about this area. You'll never find someone such as freddy. We truly enjoyed ourselves. My daughter stated that if she was going on a trip and freddy wasn't the drive. She probably wouldn't be going

Overall, we enjoyed the excursion although we expected a motor coach with bathroom. Our guide was a little hard to understand for his accent, however, he was on point on how to make the most of the tour experience. Since it was self-guided, he suggested what to focus on and how long to stay at each stop, where to do lunch, etc., and he was right. The guide caught a bad rap because one family was 30 minutes late getting back to the bus. The on time passengers complained about the late passengers and the late passengers complained because the on time passengers were mad. It was tense but not his fault. He did his job safely. I actually forgot to tip him and would if I could. (Please let me know if I can.) Lastly, the company should consider extending the time for the tour and breaks. The lines are long for everything and eats up time which contributes to passengers running late. Thanks!
