What people are saying about Lecce

Very good experience. The original Chef was ill, so his son, Mario, stepped in to deliver the experience. Alas, we did not cook in their home, but a guest kitchen adjoining, which was a little disappointing. We also did not shop in the market since Mario had pre-shopped in the event of rain, though we viewed the market, and he explained some of the more unusual local produce. Mario was excellent; he knew his stuff, was an experienced Chef and delivered a delicious lunch. The only drawback was that it was not exactly as advertised, albeit due to circumstances.

What a wonderful morning we had at Matilde's beautiful villa We were welcomed warmly and made a number of authentic Puglian dishes. Cannot recommend her highly enough

We had an amazing experience at Guilia's home. She made us feel at ease when we got there and served us some of the best food we had in Italy. We'll be back!

Even if you already know how to cook, you always learn something, especially with Cesarina.

Very good know-how about the history and exciting stories. The time just flew by.
