First of all we had a walking tour of about one hour through the center of Leipzig which already was intense in terms of the explanations given by the guide as Leipzig has a huge history not only of its own but also by the many famous poets, musicians and other famous people that lived, studied or worked in the town. After our walk the two groups which were formed at the beginning meat again to take the bus tour to see the wider area of the center of Leipzig. Our guide here was as instructive and knowledgeable as the first one, and in the 1.5 hours of bus tour she spoke without interruption telling us about the buildings and people that lived and formed the town. It would have been nice to have maybe stopped here and there to take some pictures, but in the short time we had this was not possible. Anyway this combo tour is definitely worth its money and gives you and excellent impression of town and people for you to explore later by foot.

The combination of city walk and city tour is highly recommended. It was very entertaining and you got a good impression of Leipzig. The city tour was particularly recommendable, it could definitely have been longer.

Excellent Combo

Our guide Pikavski did an excellent and informative tour in both English and German. Loved the walk and enjoyed the trip through the suburbs of Leipzig hearing about its history and its people.

A lot of good information in the time given. Knowledgeable guide with an answer to every question.
