Smaller than I thought and more for children, but I learned a lot and it’s fascinating how many of the things we still use today were invented by him. If you are travelling with kids, this is a perfect blend of fun and culture to make the site-seeing more bearable for the younger ones. Even without children, it is a sweet treat, a unique chance to see all Leonardo's "inventions" braught to life. Every device and tool can be operated and examined making this an interactive experience that we don't often get in a museum. It is not very big but depending on the level of your interest you could spend between 30 and 60 minutes exploring all the exhibited items, even more if you get fascinated by some of the machines.

What a fantastic museum, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The exhibits are interactive, allowing visitors to see the workings of Da Vinci’s wonderful machines. You can also have fun attempting to reproduce Da Vinci’s designs. This is well worth a visit for adults and children alike.
