Lille Driving Tour by Convertible Citroen 2CV

1. Lille Driving Tour by Convertible Citroen 2CV

Take a retro guided tour of the beautiful city of Lille on board an iconic Citroen 2CV, as idiosyncratically French as a beret or baguette. Tours can vary from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours, with room for up to 3 passengers. Riding in the famous car, feel the vroom-vroom of its tiny engine (2CV literally means "2 tax horsepower")! Lean over at every bend in the road and enjoy the vintage upholstery. If the weather’s right, you’ll tackle the cobbled streets with the roof rolled back and the wind in your hair. Your driver-guide will tell anecdotes about the city at every nook and cranny en route, and they'll advise you on the best places to go when you’ve regained your street legs! Lille is an ideal city to tour in a 2CV; the streets are narrow, and though the cobbles might shake and rattle your bones a bit, you'll feel every part a native.

The 72hour pass was perfect for us. The city bus tour was a great introduction to get our bearings and plan the rest of our trip. The bonus of the extra train ticket gave us the opportunity to explore Dunkerque. Great value for money and very efficient and friendly service at the tourism office. Thank you.

Our guide was very nice and spoke good English. We learned a lot about Lille and saw beautiful architecture. He is a history major so knew a lot about the history of Lille and France which was interesting. Would recommend this tour.

Very worthwhile and efficient; in 48 hours we did 2 city tours, visited 3 museums in Lille, took the metro to Roubaix for the Musée de la Piscine and returned by tramway via the villa Cavrois.

An absolute must in Lille! Car was so cute and our guide Maxime was the best! The champagne was plentiful and delicious too!

The driver was very helpful, explained a lot about the history and architecture on a very comfortable drive around Lille
