From the moment we place the booking to the moment the tour ended, everything was perfect. We were fortunate to be a group of 3 participants, so the experience was almost personalized. The guide showed vast knowledge about the city and was extremely friendly. The bike was very comfortable with wide padded seats.

Great way to see the city and learn more about its history! Our guide was very friendly and you could see how much he appreciated Chicago. We saw many beautiful places and some hidden jewels while having fun biking across the city. I really enjoyed the experience!

Good location to pick up the bike, very close the the lake trail. No deposit taken which was good. Bike was in excellent condition and really good map provided. The staff handing out the bikes were great.

Really helpful and friendly staff, plenty of route options. Great way to see more of the city. Recommend gloves and lip balm!
