Escape the hustle and bustle of Lisbon on a full-day tour of Sintra and Cascais. Discover the whimsical architecture of the town centers and Sintra Natural Park. Marvel at is a mix of Moorish and Manueline motifs, and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding woods. Head to Cabo da Roca, continental Europe’s westernmost point, and get a souvenir certificate inscribed with the words "Where the Land Ends and the Sea Begins" by Camões. Pass the stunning beaches of Cascais, including Praia do Guincho, the most scenic beach on the Lisbon coastline. En route to Cascais, experience the mystery of the "Devil's Mouth” cave, created by the crashing of the waves on the rocky bluff. Good tour if you want to have transportation to individual places, and visit many places on the same day. Convenient pick up and drop off at hotel. It's a tour that I would not recommend for architecture/history oriented purposes, but it's fine if you just want to go to these places to visit, take pictures, walk around. The only part that entails a group activity/visit with the guide is the tour to Pena Palace. Bear in mind no tickets are included in the tour's price.

I can't recommend this tour enough! The places themselves were beautiful and totally worth the visit, but our guide, Antonio, made the whole trip extra special by giving us the history and context of everything before we even left Lisbon. Sintra castle is gorgeous, but, because it's so crowded, having Antonio there to explain what each room was for really helped make sense of it all. Having some down time in Cascais in the afternoon was also really good, and Boca do Inferno is a really beautiful place.

This is one of the best way to visit Sintra & Cascais in 1 day. The duration for each location is just right. The tour guide was explaining so many interesting things and even while driving. The lunch time was a little bit late, about 2pm at Cascais, but in the other hand, having more time in Cascais was really great, it is really a nice place. For muslims, halal food and small masjid are also available there.
