The tour of the Alfama was very entertaining and informative. Kate gave us a lot of small details with very good knowledge of English. Highly recommended!

The guide did not show up to the meeting spot. We were charged $20.

We arrived early to the meeting spot. We could not find the guide. We asked several other guides there that were giving free walking tours if they knew of a Discover Lisbon tour that met at Rossio square and no one did. I wrote a nice letter asking the company what went wrong and basically they answered that it was our fault for being unable to meet up with the guide. All the other guides had either yellow umbrellas or signs indicating that they were tour guides. All in all a bad experience!!!!
