    Great driver/guide, but tour does not include tickets

    Our driver/guide was very good. So review is not a reflection on him. Tour is advertised as "skip the line", but tickets are not included and you might need to queue to get tickets. It was just annoying. Given the price, perhaps they can make some arrangement for us to get tickets on sight.
