Our cruise changed the port of call to another port due to bad weather. GetYourGuide representative contacted me via WhatsApp on the change and the extra fee I had to pay coz the distance was longer. I was ok with that. Gave instructions on where to meet them. Guide was Alexander. He was excellent and very knowledgeable. However, I felt that he could have arranged to meet us at the entrance to Miracle Sq, Pisa, instead of arranging for us to walk back to the bus in the parking lot on our own. I wasn’t sure of the way and had to asked for directions along the way. A few others were also lost. Other than this all was good. We enjoyed ourselves.

We were a family of 9 (4 children) and enjoyed the tour very much. The tour started exactly where our cruise shuttle dropped us off. We spent the right amount of time in Luca and our guide Martina was fantastic. One more hour at Piza was more than enough. Martina was really great and attentive. She provided some great background and explanations and the maps we received were very clear. Highly recommend

The bus service was good overall but there were a few problems. The first was that we were left a long way from the tower site in Pisa and it was very confusing finding our way back to the bus. The second was the timing of the return. We ran into heavy rush hour traffic going back to the ship and were an hour late. That seemed sort of obvious to predict as we left Pisa at 5 pm. It would have been smarter to post the return time as an hour later I would think!
