Full description
Experience London in the way you have read about it in the Harry Potter books and have seen it in the famous movies. On this tour of London, you will experience the magical side of this legendary city and see all of the famous Harry Potter sights. This tour includes everything from this beloved series of fantasy novels and blockbuster films. See the bridge where the Knight Bus squeezes between 2 double-decker buses in The Prisoner of Azkaban, and the location of the red telephone box used in The Order of the Phoenix, where Harry and Mr. Weasley descend into the secret Ministry of Magic. As you explore the city you will visit the cinemas where each of the Harry Potter films premiered. You will also see where the café attack and the Seven Potters Battle in the sky took place in The Deathly Hallows Part 1. Explore the thoroughfare on which Diagon Alley was based and see the entrance to the Leaky Cauldron pub. You will also see the bridge that was destroyed by Lord Voldemort’s Death Eaters in The Half-Blood Prince, and visit the secret hideout where Harry was reunited with Sirius Black in The Order of the Phoenix.

A great, very individualized tour.

Our guide Alex was very friendly and pleasant. We also went to parts of London that we probably never would have visited on our own. We especially liked the comparisons between the locations shown on film with the actual places. That was impressive. We also got some good tips, and Alex also gave us enough time to look at everything. Thanks very much, this was a great idea.

an unforgettable three hours in london

we were right on the money when we chose to take the driven private Hp-tour of London. Neither of my kids (aged 8 and 10) had been to London before, and I'd only ever been on business. This way we not only got to see a lot of different places featured in the film but also get to see almost all of the sights in London in general. george was an excellent guide and did a good job translating everything for the kids. He included a lot of information about London, so we got to benefit from that as well. This tour is unforgettable for kids as well as for adults, and I'd definitely recommend it in combination with a visit to the hp studios- ideally, do this before the studio tour even when (like in our case, since the kids were too young to see some of the movies) you haven't seen all of the movies. We landed at gatwick at 7:30 and got picked up from our hotel at 10. It was a relief to know that if we had arrived late, according to a phone call we had with the organizers, we could also have b
