This was a lovely trip, plenty of time to visit all areas of the castle and chapel. Be very careful to arrive early, the ticket said stop 1, but staff had no idea where it stopped ( eventually across the road). Also instructions said we’d be dropped off where we were picked up, but we weren’t. Ok for me as I was a local, but a lot of non English speakers were confused. Apart from this, trip and driver were excellent

Be specific about the meeting point and services from Golden Tours. It was in The front of Golden Tours Visitors Center inside the Colonnade Walk, 4 Fountain Square, 123-151 Buckingham Palace Road, London, from where a staff member escorted us to the bus. Also be specific about the exact end point in front of Gloucester Road Underground Station; if not in the voucher, then in the reminder email if there is a deviation from the plan).

Great trip! New, clean buses with A/C. Left on time. Driver and guide were both very professional. Guide shared lots of knowledge. Passed up the very, very long line to get on to the grounds. Windsor Castle is absolutely stunning. Have to see it to believe it!
