Full description
This easy bike tour is round trip from Grand Central Market, and takes in a part of LA even many locals don't know about. Get an insider’s view of Los Angeles’ most vibrant downtown neighborhood on a bike tour of the Arts District alongside a local guide. Take all the pictures your phone can hold as street art and murals are the stars here. Explore the warehouse walls that international artists flock to. On this 7-mile, flat ride you'll learn about the history of the Arts District neighborhood, future development, and all about the "crews" who claim alley walls with their colorful, multidimensional street art. Visit Hauser and Wirth's museum-caliber gallery and browse works of art in this converted former flour mill. As you stop at fascinating artwork and landmarks your friendly local guide will tell you interesting facts and anecdotes about the city’s past and the people who have lived here. Finally, arrive back at the Grand Central Market. Your guide will be happy to point you in the direction of the nearest subway station or bus stop. Or feel free to ask them for local recommendations on great places to eat or drink nearby.

Great tour with a great tour guide. I would hardly have found the corners during my short stay and was very inspiring. The lunch break at the end of the tour was also great. We were 2 and even with 1 person the tour would not be cancelled. Cycling to Uber and Co in LA was just a pleasure. Thumbs up,!
