Had to wait a little longer to be picked up from the hotel, but was informed in good time that there was a 10-minute delay. The trip went flawlessly and we were able to enjoy it quite a bit. During the trip we were provided with drinks, fruit and blankets. It took about 30 minutes to get to the inspection site. There we saw the pilot whales. The tour guides informed us very well about the whales and also the history of Los Gigantes, Mount Teide etc. and were very friendly and took care of all our needs. Then we go snorkeling, although the water was very cold (about 20° in January) we still liked it. After snorkeling there was a hot hose to wash off and a small sandwich and cake (since my girlfriend and another guest happened to be celebrating their birthdays). It then goes to the end and disembarked at port again. We enjoyed ourselves very much and is highly recommended!

Quick response from the crew when booked . Lift organised from the hotel and returned to hotel also. Small group on the boat 7 adults 2 children. 3 crew who were extremely attentive. Drinks and fruit offered during the trip and sandwiches when we stopped at the cove (and cava too but the choice of drinks was yrs). Saw lots of dolphins and a turtle but sadly the whales were not out this time. The captain David spoke excellent English and answered all our questions about the wildlife and Tenerife also. Gave so much information it was like having a personal tour. All crew spoke good English and several other languages too. We didn’t snorkel- happy to sit in deck and take in the atmosphere— no pressure to get in the sea Such a nice tour and lovely to get out on the sea the wildlife was a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice experience in a small group. The guides were super friendly and very skillful, also did they know a lot about the dolphins we spotted and explained us a lot. Also for my children it was a nice experience, as they were allowed to assist the captain on the boat. Also they are very ethical when it comes to not disturbing the animals. I can absolutely recommend booking with this company.

Absolutely amazing experience, got to see lots of wildlife. A must for a more relaxed day or recommend after doing any of the watersports activities on the coast like we did.

We had a wonderful boat trip and had a memorable encounter with playful dolphins that swam right next to the boat. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable ❤️
